1. Accounts and Membership
Creating an account on PE4ALL is your responsibility, and you must maintain its security. You are fully accountable for any actions under your account. If we detect any false or unauthorized activity, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice. If your account’s security is compromised, please notify us immediately.

2. Refund Policy
PE4ALL provides a yearly subscription model. If, within 4 hours of subscribing, you feel the app does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund. To initiate a refund, contact us within this period with proof of purchase. Refunds are only available for direct subscriptions made through PE4ALL and will terminate all subscription access once processed. 
“Refunds will be processed within 7 working days using the same account or mode of payment.”

3. Permitted and Prohibited Uses
The PE4ALL App is intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use in preparing for exams such as UGC NET and SET in Physical Education. You are prohibited from:
Using the App for unlawful activities or to promote such activities.
Engaging in actions that infringe on intellectual property rights.
Posting misleading, false, or harmful information.
Circumventing or interfering with the security features of the App.
Violations may lead to account suspension or termination.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on PE4ALL are owned by us or licensed to us. Your use of the App grants you no rights or ownership of any of this intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability
PE4ALL, its affiliates, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from using the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the month preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of PE4ALL or any breach of this Agreement.

7. Severability
If any part of this Agreement is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be removed, and the remaining provisions will remain effective and enforceable.

8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be governed by the laws of India, with the jurisdiction confined to the courts in Maharashtra, India. By using PE4ALL, you waive any right to a jury trial.

9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the “last modified” date and notify you through the App. Continued use of the App following these updates implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By using PE4ALL, you confirm your agreement to these terms. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you are prohibited from accessing or using the App.
